Carsten Mogensen arrives safely in Copenhagen, Denmark

Despite the complicated situation, the Badminton Association of Denmark said that they were managed to bring Mogensen home safely, and he was taken to the Østerbro National Hospital in Copenhagen on Thursday immediately after landing in Copenhagen.

Doctors would be monitoring Mogensen’s condition very closely, and the medical staff would perform some medical procedures and examinations on him, and will design a personalized rehabilitation plan to help aid his recovery.

His men’s doubles partner Mathias Boe also posted on their Facebook page that Carsten Mogensen has returned to Denmark:
“Carsten returned home today, trip went fine, and he directly got admitted to the hospital. Had a few texts with him about random stuff, he seems okay. “

The one encouraging news for sure is that Mogensen’s condition is stable.
