Dubai: The Badminton World Federation will recognize its top badminton players for the year of 2014 at the BWF Destination Dubai World Superseries Finals kick off ceremony on Monday evening.
The criteria for Player of the Year are:
1. Exceptional and consistent performance across a calendar year
2. Performance at BWF Major Events and World Superseries events
3. Being a good role model
4. Top-five ranking in the year of nomination

Male Player of the Year
