Bangkok: Malaysia’s Goh Soon Huat/Shevon Jemie Lai came up short of claiming their first Grand Prix Gold title on Sunday.

In men’s singles, India’s Sai Praneeth bounced back from dropping a set to win the title against Jonatan Christie of Indonesia.

No. 4 seed Jonatan Christie took the opening game 21-17 before Praneeth took the match to decider by winning the second set 21-18.

Praneeth manage to fend off Christie’s challenge at the end of third set by winning the decider 21-19.

In the men’s doubles final, Indonesia’s fifth seeds Berry Angriawan/Hardianto Hardianto beat Germany’s unseeded pair Raphael Beck and Peter Kaesbauer 21-16, 21-16 for the men’s doubles crown.
